With over 20 years of dedication to the fitness world, coupled with his extensive knowledge of fitness & nutrition, Wayne is known for dramatically changing people's lives, transforming their bodies, and improving their health and well-being. 

Because of his welcoming, supportive personal style, and extensive experience and eagerness to help cultivate a life-long love of fitness, Wayne is a well established, highly sought

after trainer in the DMV area.

Christine McVady-O'Mealey
Operations Manager/Trainer

After entering and taking 2nd place in a bodybuilding contest, Chris fell in love with the world of fitness 15+ years go. She loved it so much, she decided to become a certified personal trainer and has been passing on her knowledge ever since. 

Chris is an AAAI/ISMA certified personal trainer. 

Her overall philosophy when it comes to getting healthy is "it's never too late to start".

Brian Wight
Trainer

With more than 12 years of experience, Brian trains all ages, in all environments, helping people succeed no matter the body types.

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and beach volleyball (Yes, there are plenty of sand courts in this area!) And the occasional Paddle Boarding trip with my girlfriend and our kids.

Trainer

Quang, "Q", has spent more than than 10 years  focused on fitness, and is committed to working with his clients to develop a lifelong habit of health and wellness. 

 

Using his own personal experiences overcoming obesity, quitting smoking and working through self confidence issues, he motivates his clients to make better choices, meet their goals and lead happier, healthier lives.
